"I begin my workday (Monday through Friday) in responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages at 8:30am EST. I conclude reviewing communications through these vehicles at 4pm EST. You can expect a response the next business day if communication occurs after 4pm EST. During my set hours, I generally respond to emails and voicemails within one business day unless I am traveling or out of the office for meetings. Please note, I occasionally take Fridays off. Additionally, I ask that you not text me after my working hours, on weekends or holidays; however, feel free to use email understanding that I will not respond until the next business day."
