Urgent Plea for Prayer
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13, NKJV).
Welcome to day 11 of focused time of praying and interceding on behalf of others and praying for personal requests. It is around this time you may be ready to throw in the towel. The enemy is on your tail. He’s doing everything he can to get you to stop praying. There’s already a powerful shift in your home, place of work, in your relationships, and in your neighborhood. The enemy is throwing things your way to get you off course. He’s mad. The enemy did not think you would going to stay the course and continue to pray. He gave you the first few days without harassment, but now that he sees you are serious about praying his job is to interrupt your plans. He’s looking to sift you like wheat. [Luke 22:31]

As you are praying, you are looking for things to get better, but it appears things are intensifying. You may face an entire day of asking yourself, “What else can go wrong today.” You are probably saying, “This is too much.” “This is too difficult.” “I’m growing weary.” “I am exhausted!” The list goes on.
You are ready to quit, but please hear me, this is not the time to stop. This is the exact time to keep praying. There’s an urgency to continue to pray. You are already beginning to see things break in the spirit. You can recognize personality changes. You can sense a feeling of peace throughout your home. If you stop praying now, you will return to square one. Don’t do it. The person you have been praying for is experiencing a breakthrough. They may not have told you yet, but they feel the lifting. Just think. If you give up now, they may revert to their old ways and may experience a more profound set back. I will be the first to say as an intercessor that it’s hard. {see teaching video link below}
On, May 8 of this week I woke up feeling great. I went on a three-mile walk. I returned home filled with energy. I was speaking healing over my body and witnessed transformation. I found myself speaking life to others and encouraging them. By noon it appeared that all hell had broken loose. I had to push through. It was difficult, but I started praising the Lord. I began calling those things that are not as though they were. I was walking with my hands raised and taking back territory. This is a bold move. God said we would do greater things then He did. I believe it. Don’t you?
“Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” John 14:12 NIV
We are in day 11. We cannot stop now. Although you may be thinking, “I can’t!” BUT God says, “YES, YOU CAN!”
STAY THE COURSE! KEEP PRAYING! And make sure you HAVE SOMEONE COVERING YOU IN PRAYER!
